Focuses on the needs of the athlete. Releases muscle tension and restores balance. This faster pace massage may also include foam rolling and stretches
Total Balance Body Works
An assisted stretch session with additional myofascial foam rolling and compression techniques to aide training programs and combat tension from daily activities.
Relaxation Massage
A full-body massage for overall relaxation of the muscles and stress reduction.
Pregnancy Massage
Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It is also called prenatal massage.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is commonly used in conjunction with massage to provide pain relief, reduce inflammation in the body, improving blood circulation and overall well-being. This therapy also helps to re-hydrate the fascia, reduce muscular knots and breaks up stagnation and congestion by drawing oxygenated blood to the surface.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 24 business hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service by applying deposit, via card on file, invoicing, or by applying gift card value.
New clients or clients with a history of cancellations or no-shows will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the service charge to book. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment and provide the requested 24-hr notice, this deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation or rescheduling notices given less than 24 business hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
