Therapeutic Massage

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is commonly used in conjunction with massage to provide pain relief, reduce inflammation in the body, improving blood circulation and overall well-being. This therapy also helps to re-hydrate the fascia, reduce muscular knots and breaks up stagnation and congestion by drawing oxygenated blood to the surface.

Sports Massage
​
Sport Massages are a targeted therapy designed specifically to address the needs of athletes by releasing muscle tension, restoring balance, and incorporating techniques like foam rolling and stretches.
Pediatric Sports Massage
​
This service is designed for young athletes, to target tight or overworked muscles and help prevent or recover from injury. If the child is under the age of 16, the parent must remain in the building during the service, you may always opt to stay in the room as well.
Fascia Stretch Therapy
Fascia Stretch is a type of assisted stretch that focus on the connective tissue that wraps and connects the anatomy in the body. There are many benefits of FST, including, increase range of motion, improved posture, decreased compression or impingement in your joints. Our FST practitioner works with each client to help achieve their optimal strength, flexibility, pain relief and performance.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No penalty, we appreciate the advanced notice.
• Within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you reschedule within one week, this fee may be reduced to a $20 rescheduling fee.
• Same-day cancellations (less than 12 hours): A 75% fee will be charged due to the difficulty in filling the appointment.
• No-call/no-show: The full session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling Policy:
• If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Clients with multiple last-minute changes may be required to prepay for future appointments.
