Compression Therapy
Compression therapy uses dynamic air compression to gently massage your legs or arms through a series of controlled pressure cycles. This process helps encourage healthy circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and support your body's natural recovery process.

Whether you're recovering after an intense workout, spending long hours on your feet, or simply looking to reduce fatigue and swelling, compression therapy offers a comfortable, hands-free way to help your body recover.

Benefits of Compression Therapy
Compression therapy may help:
-
Reduce muscle soreness after exercise
-
Decrease swelling and feelings of heaviness in the legs
-
Improve circulation
-
Support lymphatic fluid movement
-
Reduce muscle fatigue
-
Promote faster recovery between workouts or events
-
Help you feel refreshed and ready to move again
What to Expect
During your session, you'll relax while specialized compression sleeves inflate and deflate in a programmed sequence. The gentle pressure works its way through the limbs, creating a rhythmic massage that many clients find both relaxing and rejuvenating.

Sessions are available in 15- and 30-minute appointments and can be enjoyed on their own or paired with massage therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, or red light therapy for a more comprehensive recovery experience.
Pair It With Other Recovery Services
Compression therapy works especially well alongside other recovery services. Many clients combine it with:

-
Massage Therapy to address muscle tension and improve mobility
-
Cryotherapy to reduce soreness and inflammation
-
Infrared Sauna to promote relaxation and circulation
-
Red Light Therapy to support recovery and tissue health
