Our infrared sauna uses gentle, penetrating heat to warm your body from the inside out, rather than just heating the air around you. Many clients use it to support recovery between workouts, ease joint and muscle stiffness, and de-stress after long days.

Sessions are available in 30 or 45 minutes so you can choose the intensity and time that fits your needs and schedule.
What to Expect

You’ll have a private room with our infrared sauna and seating area

We recommend wearing light, breathable clothing or a swimsuit

Water is available, and we encourage you to hydrate before and after

You’ll be able to adjust the light and music to your comfort

Many clients book the sauna before massage to warm the tissue, or afterward to extend that “melted” feeling a little longer
Safety Notes
If you are pregnant, have unmanaged heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or other medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking an infrared sauna session.
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 24 business hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service by applying deposit, via card on file, invoicing, or by applying gift card value.
New clients or clients with a history of cancellations or no-shows will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the service charge to book. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment and provide the requested 24-hr notice, this deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation or rescheduling notices given less than 24 business hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
